Dematerialization

Scanning, capturing and storing of your physical mandate forms including checking that they are complete and correct, so that a processing of the SEPA Direct Debit is possible for each debitor.

Administration

Changing and deletion of existing mandates can be done easily per fax or e-mail. The dispatch of the changed mandates can either be sent directly to you or to your customers.

Master and Mandate Database

Your electronically delivered mandate data will be added to your already stored master data, as well as SEPA data (creditor-id, name, address, etc.). Afterwards the completed mandate data will be stored in a mandate database.

Reconciliation Service

Output of reconciliation data (debitor/customer and mandate data) so that your master data is always up-to-date. The risk of mistakes will be minimized.
